You might have noticed a couple of changes sneaking through on our website, our social media, and our adverts. There are a few more mentions of that “London” word than there used to be, and there’s an “020” number floating about too. We’re really pleased to be expanding to become a truly national business – with our London base undergoing preparations as I write.
It’s really important to us as a business that this expansion doesn’t come at the expense of our local roots; we’ve always covered the whole of the North West, with special focus on Manchester and Cheshire – and we have particularly paid close attention to our three key towns: Stockport; Altrincham; and Knutsford.
All three towns have played an important role in my life, and so it was only natural that I’d want my business to look to these areas first. We’ve been welcomed wholeheartedly in all three – in an already established marketplace – and have tremendous clients and partners in all three.
That’s why we continue to get involved in the Knutsford community, supporting brilliant initiatives like the Knutsford Beer Festival, a tremendous event that brought businesses and people together – while fundraising for charity at the same time.
We’ve also supported the Knutsford Primary Schools’ Ball – another event that has raised a significant sum of money for good causes, and brought people from across the town together.
We will continue to organise and host Knutsford Jelly – a free monthly coworking event in the town for homeworkers, startups, entrepreneurs, and remote workers – with the ongoing support of Knutsford Town Council and Cheshire East Council.
We’re proud of our roots – proud of Knutsford town, and of Knutsford community. We might be opening in London soon, but that doesn’t mean we’re moving away. Far from it – our northern roots are stronger than ever.
